The Easter Book Flood is a five-day, Christ-centered Easter guide designed to help families walk slowly and intentionally through Holy Week with their children.

Rather than rushing from one activity to the next, this guide offers a peaceful daily rhythm that includes:
* Scripture and meaningful Easter stories
* Art, music, and poetry connected to the Easter season
* Hands-on activities and practical life skills
* Gentle early learning woven naturally into faith formation
* Time outdoors, noticing God’s creation and new life

Each day invites children to engage with the Easter story through reading, listening, creating, and conversation- allowing faith to be nurtured in natural, unhurried ways.

 

Christ-Centered Learning During the Easter Season

At the heart of the Easter Book Flood is a desire to keep Christ at the center of our Easter celebrations. The guide walks families through the events of Holy Week- from the sorrow of the cross, through the quiet waiting of the tomb, and into the joy of Resurrection Sunday.

The activities are intentionally simple and flexible. Families are not expected to complete every activity or read every book. Instead, parents are encouraged to choose what fits their season, their children’s ages, and their energy level.
