The holiday book flood has been such a precious treat for my babies this advent season! I love the book selections and the crafts are perfect: not too involved but still special. Easy enough for my 2 year old and still fun for my 10 year old. We’ve just very much enjoyed it. Blessings!
We are in week one and I really like it so far. I have children that are oldest elementary (age 12) and mid elementary (age 8.) I am able to adapt this to them both. I would love to have more suggestions for how to adapt for older ages written in the curriculum itself so I don’t have to decide on my own how I might adapt it. But the books and crafts are sweet. We are pairing the language arts/phonics and math in this with the Holiday Book Flood for books.
I love having things in print and am excited to use this curriculum with my daughter! Unfortunately it came unbound and I wish that was specified in the listing. Now I need to find a place that will bind it for me and it’s extra work and money for me that I was not expecting.
I love the Christmas resources from peaceful press. Some of the books can be hard to find at the library but are usually worth tracking down. My kids have food allergies so the recipes rarely work for us but are still good for inspiration. The content is great.
I really loved the assortment of activities this provides. I have a 6 and 2 year old and feel what this guide offers will engage both. I appreciate the ability to pick and choose from the grid as needed, and also love the book selections! I did notice there were some typos where what was listed in the grid did not match the daily description provided. However, this mismatch was minimal and did not detract from the overall value provided.
