For all digital downloads, we do not offer returns. However, we want to make sure our customers are ultimately happy, so for all queries email us at hello@thepeacefulpress.com and we will work with you to reach a solution. 

For issues with our merchandise, email us at hello@thepeacefulpress.com. 

For issues or quality defect with the print version of the Peaceful Preschool sold directly from the Peaceful Press, we are happy to work with you to put quality products into your hands.
