One of our family goals for the past year has been to learn more about church history, church fathers and mothers, and saints, but I wasn’t exactly sure how to approach it with young children. We grabbed this book flood guide while it was on sale and I’m so thrilled that we did! It can be done all at once or you could focus on individual days and integrate it with other homeschool subjects. Overall it has been such a valuable resource for our family and we are enjoying it…you can pick and choose what you want to do or just simply do it all!
We have yet to start the All Saints Study, but it looks so beautiful! Unfortunately our library only has 2 of the books, so I am so thankful that Jennifer included YouTube links for them!
Please bring back monthly restoration home, Some of us can't afford yearly : (
While it seems written for a Sunday school children’s class we are using it in our homeschool as a memory verse guide. We spend the first day of the week doing the Bible reading, copy work, and picture study, then just review the verse for the rest of the week. This has been working well for our children as they are 2, 5, and 7 years old. I wouldn’t use this as a solo Bible program for our family but it’s a great addition to the other things we do. We are Charlotte Mason homeschoolers so while only one child is in formal lessons my younger two tag along for Bible and our morning time:)
