Free Homeschool Planning Pages

Free Homeschool Planning Pages

As you are getting started homeschooling, it's important to have a good plan.

Our course, The Peaceful Path to a Living Education can help you decide your homeschool style, choose what to teach, and get tips for managing home and littles while you homeschool.

But we've got free pages to help you get started as well.

How to Use the Free Planning Pages

Loop Schedule
I use the loop schedule to map out subjects we want to add for morning time. Our elementary resources include poetry, Bible, art, literature, and history readings for morning time, but this is a helpful tool if you want to add a foreign language or other resources.

Student Schedule
I use the homeschool student schedule to map out the work I want each of my students to complete. If I give this to them as either a laminated checklist or a weekly printout, it helps them learn to work independently. I include any extra reading I've assigned, housework, and other duties. For younger children, you can grab the Chore and Routine Pack to help them develop good habits.

Block Study
If you are using a resource like Playful Pioneers Volume 2 or Nourishing Nature Kindergarten that covers a region of the United States, or a habitat in the world, you could use the block study to plan out extras like music, field trips, etc.

Annual Goals
Print one of these and create goals for multiple areas of your life for the year, including finances, health, play and hobbies, spiritual growth and more.

These pages can help you map out academics for the year, plan field trips, create a loop schedule or block study and more! Just click here to download.

The Peaceful Press Homeschool Planner
If you are planning out a weekly rhythm, you will love the Peaceful Press Homeschool Planner. There are several options for this year-long planning tool.

Printable Planner
The printable planner includes a monthly calendar, weekly scheduling sheets, meal planner, field trip planner, grade tracker, attendance tracker, goal setting, habit tracker, and more. In it's printable format you can add extras from the free planning pages, or insert custom pages you created.

"Excellent
I absolutely love this planner. I had almost given up on finding a planner that would actually work for me, but this one is perfect. I love how it helps me not only plan my days, but also helps me develop a vision and set top priorities." Jessica

Printed Planner
The printed planner includes a similar format to the printable planner, and with 1700 reviews on Amazon and an ongoing bestseller status, you can trust that it's a great resource for busy homeschool moms. I use it to plan my monthly goals, schedule podcasts, school field trips, and lessons, and organize a very full life. (#amazonlink)

Student Planner
The student planner is a great option for children entering later elementary school who want to begin setting goals and managing their time. It includes space for tracking books they've read, learning, daily to-do lists, habits, and more.

If you want to nurture a more thoughtful home life, you will also love our Restoration Home family of journals. Each journal includes thoughtful questions for developing a rule of life, and getting to know yourself and your children in a deeper way.

Restoration Home Conversation Journal
The Conversation Journal includes 52 questions designed to help you attune to your child through understanding. You could get a journal for each child and hand it off to them when they are grown or use one journal for the whole family.

Restoration Home Reflection Journal
The Reflection Journal includes 52 questions designed to help you reflect on your home atmosphere and how you can nurture more peace in your family. This journal will guide you in creating a rule of life, troubleshooting problem areas, and learning to develop better habits.

Restoration Home Daily Journal
The Restoration Home Daily Journal includes daily prompts for helping you develop more personal peace. It includes questions to nurture insight, conquer toxic thought patterns, and work on better daily habits. We use this journal in the six week cohort I lead for moms of teens and young adults, but it's a useful tool for moms in all stages.
