Packet was affordable but all the books (not available at library) and supplies cost me an additional $200. Not affordable for one unit study. I was hip to do it with my older kids (7 & 5) but everything was better suited for my 3 year old.
These cards are filled with great information that’s not overwhelming for my child to understand! Thank you for these!

I’ve been using the peaceful press for 3 years and I listen to your podcast! Can you please advise what you did when frustration and tears happened (in regards to math). My 6 year old is very advanced and knew his multiplication table by the time he was 4. I didn’t want to slow him down and he understands and can do everything at about a “4th” grade level. But he just gets upset and says it’s too hard and he doesn’t want to do it anymore. I don’t want to give in and let him do an easier math… or just change gears and focus more on other things in this season because it’s one of the fundamentals. What did you do? What would you do?

Preparing for our first week and can’t wait! The curriculum is so beautifully balanced, providing lots of opportunity for hands-on learning, practical life skills, and fun exploration in nature while still ensuring that phonics and math concepts are being reinforced in a variety of ways. Honestly this curriculum brings out all the things I love about Sonlight Curriculum without being overkill and burdensome as Sonlight can tend to be with its long list of recommended daily tasks. The preparation and daily amount of tasks with Nourishing Nature appears very manageable. Also love that there is a handwriting component! I can already foresee the joy this is going to bring our family!
